Brad is a Chartered Accountant from New Zealand. He has spent the last 20 years working in New Zealand, the Cayman Islands and the United Kingdom. He has an in-depth knowledge of both the onshore and offshore world, working in fund administration, regulatory compliance as well as being a Non-Executive Director on dozens of structures including Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, Venture Capital, IP and Pharmaceuticals. These entities have ranged from multi-billion dollar pension funds down to a few million dollar start-ups. Brad is a key advisor, he is able to teach you everything from how to start a fund and management company, to when the time is right, how to sell or close your business. At all points in the life-cycle, he is here to assist.
